公司引進.進口高精度加工中心設備數臺，所有模具采用新型工藝精工制作；采用臺灣進口全 自動數控油壓硫化機組，性能穩定、尺寸精準、生產效率極高，能有效確保及時供貨；擁有硫化儀、 硬度計、投影儀、映像儀、拉力測試機等專業檢測設備；橡膠材料配方出自日本化工專家，委托臺資 企業混煉加工，性能優越穩定。
公司生產的有丁氰橡膠（BNR），氟橡膠（FKM），硅膠（SIL），三元乙丙橡膠（EPDM）， 氯丁橡膠（CR），氫化丁氰橡膠（HBNR）等各類國際標準材質O型圈；生產世界通用標準（中國 標準C76、C82；國際標準C92；日本標準G、P、S系列；美國標準AS568系列；英標B系列；標R系 列等。非標準的O型橡膠密封圈近萬種，倍廣泛應用于機械、電子、汽車、醫療、石油、化工、儀表、 航空、航天、和海洋工程。產品經上海橡膠研究所檢測均符合國際、國內標準，并通過ISO9001： 2000質量管理認證。
